There is far too much violence in the world today. Just my thought of the day. Violence only belongs in fiction - novels, stories, TV, movies or video games. Why won't people with violent tendencies seek professional help (which is free of cost/insured at many places) or restrict themselves to enjoying fictional violence. They should go kill a few zombies in a shooting game. I think ultimately fiction helps in this regard. Many people may be deterred from violence in real life by getting lost in the fantasy of violence in fictional world. That is at least one positive way that people in the Entertainment Industry help the society.

Why Wonder Woman is the best thing about Batman vs Superman - Dawn of Justice?
Batman vs Superman was overall okay. Not bad, the action is good, but not that great, story needed a lot of work. But the best thing to come out of the movie is a Superhero who should have seen the light of day a lot sooner in the world of Hollywood. I am talking about Wonder Woman, the most popular female superhero/super-heroine in comic book history. The legendary warrior makes a combat ready appearance in the movie, which does some justice to her character, if not to the other ones. Batman fans maybe really disappointed with his portrayal in the movie. Other than that, the movie followed its comic book origins pretty closely, if not fully. This bodes well for Wonder Woman series of movies green-lit by DC Comics, as she was definitely the MVP of the film.

Orlando Sea World Ending Breeding of Orcas
About time the Sea World listened to concerned voices around the world. Predatory species like Orcas should never have been kept in captivity. It took the life of at least one unfortunate human being for the owners of the Park to realize their mistake. Better late than never. Yet, people must not forget the lessons learned from such tragedies - do not mess with Mother Nature. Nature may not be a deity, but it was here before us, and it would be here long after we are dust. Somethings are best left alone. Illegal logging and poaching are two similar problems that humanity has to take responsibility for, and end them before its too late.

Kill Mosquitoes!
Exterminate Mosquitoes from the World!
Zika virus crisis, which is gripping Brazil and many of its neighboring countries, has shown the world the need for a concerted global effort against the most useless family of species in the world - the mosquitoes. Microcephaly is not a condition anyone would ever wish upon his worst enemy's kid. The crisis has also created a problem for the moral philosophy of Pope (whom I admire very much) and the Vatican. Contraception may become necessary in these cases, you don't want to have children when the child may be born to die early. Catholicism will need to give contraception (especially one that protects against STDs as well) the respect it deserves. The Vatican will also need to respect the individual female right to abort a fetus in such cases, but of course, within the confines of the law of the land (most countries don't allow abortion post certain weeks of pregnancy).
Getting back to the topic at hand, mosquito eradication is not impossible, unlike what some people may want us to think. All previous attempts at their eradication, have been through chemicals. Today we have the technology to eradicate them genetically, biologically. British scientists had, years ago, grown male mosquitoes in lab that would mate with females and reproduce only male children - that would have the same ability. Meaning, those male mosquitoes, born to the genetically engineered mosquitoes, will mate with females only to reproduce males. This cycle will continue and grow exponentially, till all the female mosquitoes have died out and no new ones are born. This will end their species. Genetic weapons like these, need to be created and spread, to eradicate all species of mosquitoes. Science is there, all that is needed is international political will and monetary resources (fund the WHO and Red Cross, people).

Eric Cartman - Why the world loves him?
Why
do people seem to enjoy the rants and ramblings of a semi-psychotic, racist, like
Eric Cartman of Comedy Central’s South Park. The answer may lie in our
subconscious. No, not that we are all racists underneath. It may be the fact that we enjoy a crazy person’s rants, from time to time, and enjoy watching him lose even
more so. It appeals to the allure of the taboo. What Cartman does or chooses to
do is not acceptable social behavior, and we enjoy him for that,
because he chooses to flout social norms and conventions. It’s the Freudian id
inside us all, that makes us want to do things our society bans. But we must not
forget that we also know, every time, that what Cartman does is wrong, and he
fails every time, rightly so. And we know that anyone who would do things that
Cartman does, will and should fail. And in the end, we are all rewarded for our
belief in the goodness of the people. We may enjoy shenanigans from time to time,
but we always come to admire and respect the right thing in the end. And
therein lies the magic of South Park’s creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone,
who weave a great tale around their anti-hero, and a complete loony, Eric
Cartman.

First eBook published on Kindle. So
far I am satisfied. More to come. Men like Jeff Bezos are doing a great job.
You cannot help but envy men like Elon Musk, yet you wish them all the success.
For they are paving the way for a new generation.
The first eBook is short story titled
"Killers". Its a sea adventure meant to thrill all readers. I think
the fans of action, adventure, thriller and sci-fi are really going to enjoy
it.
